The following applies specifically to our ReciPal app. We collect the data types listed below to deliver and improve the app. All data is linked to your identity and is never sold or shared for advertising or tracking purposes.

Email Address (Contact Info): Collected when you create an account or contact support. Used solely for App Functionality — to authenticate your account, send transactional service messages, and respond to support requests. Linked to your identity. Not used for advertising or tracking.

User ID (Identifiers): A unique account identifier assigned when you sign up. Used for App Functionality — to associate your saved recipes, preferences, and purchases with your account across sessions and devices. Linked to your identity. Not used for advertising or tracking.

Purchase History (Purchases): Records of in-app purchases and subscription status. Used for App Functionality — to unlock and maintain access to paid features — and for Analytics, to understand aggregate purchase patterns and improve our offerings. Linked to your identity. Not used for advertising or tracking.

Other User Content (User Content): Recipes, ingredients, notes, and other content you create or save within the app. Used for App Functionality — to store, sync, and display your content back to you. Linked to your identity. Not used for advertising or tracking.

Product Interaction (Usage Data): Information about how you interact with the app, such as features used and screens viewed. Used for App Functionality — to provide a responsive in-app experience — and for Analytics, to understand usage patterns and prioritize improvements. Linked to your identity. Not used for advertising or tracking.

Your Choices: You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Purchase History managed by Apple is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
